Engraving Policies & Instructions
Engraving can be submitted by the following methods:
- Online: during the process of placing an order
- Online: after your order has been placed using our online engraving room [CLICK HERE]
- By email: Typed directly into the email or using Microsoft Word (please email your sales representative)
Please reference your order number in the subject line for easy referencing.
- By Fax: (this method is not recommended) Must be typed, no hand-written engraving will be accepted [800.488.7107]
Please reference your order number on the cover sheet, as well as, each sheet being faxed for easy referencing.
Free Engraving up to 40 letters on trophies, plaques, resins unless otherwise noted.
10¢ for each additional letter over 40.
ALL ENGRAVING IS CENTERED BY DEFAULT
Corporate Award Engraving:
Some corporate awards come with 40 letters free depending on type of award. Additional letters will be 25¢ each .
Logos & Graphics:
Logos and other graphics can be engraved on certain awards (Crystal, Glass & Plaques when applicable) for an additonal charge. We accept EPS, TIFF and JPEG files. All artwork must be black only. No grayscale or color. You will receive an email proof of your logo and engraving before production begins.
Medals:
Engraved plates for back of medals can be added for 50¢ each. 75¢ each if individual names will be used. This includes 40 letters. Over 40 letters will incurr an additional charge.
Spelling:
You must check all your spelling prior to sending engraving. We are not responsible for your typographical errors.
