My name is J***** Pond and I wanted to just take a minute to thank you for everything! I received the medals I ordered yesterday, and they were beautiful. Well worth the money spent. I gave you very short notice and you came through for me on almost 50 medals, all of which were engraved and personalized. Edwin even corrected a typo for me at the last minute! I can't thank you enough for making this experience less of a headache, and for making quality medals that the 40 Rhythmette dancers will love! I'm sure we will be doing business again.

I want you to please forward this to your supervisor to let them know how pleased we were to get our ribbons and those really nice Dog Tags for the kids. They came as promised. Good morning!
I just finished placing an order via your website, and wanted to let you know that it was a great experience. I've used other trophy sites where when I needed to add to the order (change the number of trophies from 20 to 21, for example) I've had to re-enter all the engraving on all the trophies, rather than being able to just add it to the end. It was also very easy to go back in and edit the engraving. Great site. The variety of quality resin trophies was awesome also. I had no intention of changing where I purchased my trophies (this is the 5th year I've purchased trophies) but when I found your site and the great looking resin trophies, I changed my mind. Just wanted to give you some feedback - the site is great!

My order was placed right in the midst of Sandy's devastation. After realizing your actual location, I figured there would be no way even imaginable for us to receive our order by this past Saturday, as we were all here just praying for your well being and safety. Well, I don't know how, but you did it. I had 22 kids absolutely ecstatic to be collecting their season ending achievement awards. Thank you so much for helping make their day truly memorable. Thank you so very much for your great customer service. When my trophies were not going to arrive in time for my soccer party, you overnighted a new order to me at no charge. As you can see from the picture below, I had 15 very excited 4 & 5 year olds. Right behind the snacks at the end of each game, the trophy is the best & most important part about 5u soccer!!

I coach for a soccer league that doesn't provide trophies to its players. Therefore, I've been ordering trophies for the teams I coach and providing them every year (I discovered trophydepot.com three years ago). I'm not sure if I'm sending this to the appropriate address, but I have high praise and a couple of suggestions below...
I realize that providing a reference is the best way to compliment exceptional service for an exceptional product, so I will do that. However, I also wanted to comment on how pleased I am with your products, pricing, and service.
The products I've ordered have always been of an unmatched superior quality. Not only that, but your selection is tops amongst your online competitors (I've researched quite a bit looking for the best value and deals around). The great thing about it is that the pricing is reasonable, if not exceptional. For my situation (ie placing fairly small orders), and having the option of paying ~$5 for high quality trophies enables me to provide them to the kids on my team without any difficulty. I truly appreciate the free trophy engraving (up to 40 letters...50 would be amazing, but I'm still grateful that "spaces" aren't penalized) and free shipping on orders over $95 (although I wish that also applied to other items, such as pins, etc.) Last, but not least, I've recently contacted your customer service department because I goofed on my latest order (on one of trophies I typed the year 2010, instead of 2012) and was ecstatic to learn how easy and cost-efficient it was to correct the issue. Your customer service rep was awesome (I can't recall her name), but please let her know how appreciative I am of her assistance. My final point...your website is second-to-none. No other online trophy company can hold a candle to how easy and comprehensive your offerings are. My only suggestion, and perhaps I just didn't see how to do this, but if you added a method to sort by price, etc. for individual styles of trophies (ie by sport), it would make it that much easier to place an order.

I recently placed an order for nearly 40 trophies for our basketball banquet that is going to be held on Saturday the 19th. I am not the person who normally orders the trophies and "the powers that be" had put me in a bind by telling me to order them with just barely a week to get them in before the banquet.
