Notes for using an ATM/DEBIT Card as a credit card:
Authorization hold (also card authorisation, preauthorization, or preauth) is the practice within the banking industry of authorizing electronic transactions done with a debit card and holding this balance as unavailable either until the merchant clears the transaction (claims and finalizes the purchase), or the hold "falls off" (Funds are not claimed). Authorization holds can fall off the account (thus rendering the balance available again) anywhere from 1–5 days after the transaction date depending on the bank's policy. This is not controlled by Trophy Depot and any questions reguarding this should be sent to your issuing bank.
Personal check or money order
Personal checks are processed through our TeleCheck Terminal. Orders will begin processing once check is received and processed through TeleCheck Terminal. Returned Checks will incur a $25.00 service charge. Please send check or money orders to:

Purchase orders
Purchase Orders are accepted from most Government Agencies. Approval is at Trophy Depot's discretion. P.O.'s must be signed within our payment terms of net 30. Shipping & handling must be allotted on P.O.'s and will be added to your total. No Free Shipping on Purchase Orders. Please fax P.O. to 800.488.7107 (Outside Continental USA – Purchase Orders not accepted. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.)
Larger Orders
All orders over $2000.00 dollars are subject to review from our credit department and certain rules apply: Credit card orders must have the same billing and shipping address and are not eligible for in store pick-up. In store pick-ups must be paid by certified check or money order.
